Customer Portal
The Customer Portal is the self-service area that end customers (subscribers) use to manage their relationship with the company that uses Automatic Billing. Each portal runs at https:///portal (or on the platform's default domain) and shows only the data of the authenticated billing account.
Subscriptions
The /portal/subscriptions page lists the subscriptions linked to the authenticated billing account. Each row shows the plan, status, recurring amount, next cycle and available actions.
Settings
The /portal/settings page groups billing account preferences that affect how the customer receives charges and communications.
Account
At /portal/account the customer manages the billing account details (BillingAccount) β legal name, CNPJ/CPF, state and municipal registration, address, finance contact and emails for receiving invoices.
Credits
The /portal/credits page shows the billing account's credit balance and the history of applications. Credits arise for various reasons β downgrade proration, invoice refund, manual adjustment by the organization, promotion β and are automatically applied to upcoming invoices.
Invoices
The /portal/invoices page lists all invoices of the billing account, with filters by status and period. The customer can view them, download the PDF, copy the boleto's typeable line or the PIX QR code, pay online and check the related NF-e.
Payment Methods
At /portal/payment-methods the customer manages the payment methods associated with the billing account. The page supports multiple methods at once and defines which one is the default for automatic charges.
Payments
The /portal/payments page shows the history of payments already processed on the billing account β regardless of method or originating invoice. It is the statement view, useful for accounting checks and billing questions.
Profile
The /portal/profile page gathers the personal preferences of the user signed in to the portal. Unlike Account, which covers the paying legal entity or individual, the profile is per person who uses the portal.
Products
The /portal/products page is the self-service storefront of the products and plans the organization has published for direct sale in the portal. The customer can purchase new products without going through the sales team, with checkout integrated with the payment methods already registered.
Proposals
At /portal/proposals the customer sees the commercial proposals sent by the organization's team. Each proposal details plans, items, discounts, terms and conditions β and can be accepted directly in the portal, becoming an active subscription.
Usage
The /portal/usage page shows the customer the metered consumption accumulated in the current cycle β how many API calls, messages sent, events processed or GBs stored, according to the metrics defined by the organization.
Overview
The portal home page (/portal) gives a summary of the customer's financial relationship with the organization: active subscription, next invoice, last payment, available credits and shortcuts to the most common actions.
