Plans and Products
The plans and products system is the foundation of Automatic Billing. Products represent billable services or resources, while Plans are templates that group products with specific prices to create subscription offers.
Itens de Serviço
Itens de serviço (/dashboard/service-items) são o catálogo de descrições fiscais usadas em faturas e NF-e de serviço. Cada item carrega informações que a prefeitura exige na hora da emissão: código municipal de serviço, código LC 116, código tributário nacional, alíquotas padrão de ISS, PIS, COFINS, IR, INSS, CSLL.
Plans
Plans are the templates that define how your customers will be billed. Each plan groups products with specific prices and configures the billing cycle, trial period, and included features.
Prices and Pricing Models
Each product can have multiple prices, allowing variants by currency, billing interval, or pricing model. Prices are largely immutable after creation — only the name and metadata can be changed. To change values, deactivate the old price and create a new one.
Products
Products represent the billable services or resources of your organization. Each product can have multiple prices and supports a one-level hierarchy (root product with children/add-ons).
