Customers are represented by the Person model (Person) with different types depending on the context.
Billing Accounts
Billing accounts (BillingAccount) represent the financial relationship between an organization and its customer. Each account has subscriptions, invoices, payments, and payment methods.
Empresas
Em /dashboard/companies a organização cadastra as pessoas jurídicas emissoras — empresas que assinam contratos, faturas e NF-e. Uma organização pode ter várias empresas (matriz, filiais ou CNPJs diferentes do mesmo grupo) e definir uma como padrão para cobranças.
Accounts
Automatic Billing uses a multi-tenant model with three levels of hierarchy: Organizations, Billing Accounts, and Customers (Persons).
Organizations
Organizations are the platform's tenants. Each organization is a business that uses Automatic Billing to charge its own customers.
Customer Portal
The customer portal allows end customers of each organization to manage their subscriptions, invoices, and payment methods autonomously.
