Audit Log

The audit trail (/dashboard/audit) records every data change made in the dashboard or via the API. Each entry captures who made it, what was changed, the values before and after, IP, User-Agent and time, forming an immutable history for compliance, debugging and incident analysis.

What is recorded

Every sensitive operation goes through auditService. Among the recorded actions:

  • Creation, update, suspension and activation of billing accounts and customers
  • Changes to plan, items, subscription status, pause and cancellation
  • Operations on invoices, payments, refunds and credits
  • Issuance, cancellation and errors of NF-e
  • Changes to companies, gateways, webhooks and API keys
  • Changes to members, roles, settings and templates
  • Administrative logins and logouts

The complete list of actions is defined in lib/services/audit.service.ts (AuditActions).

Filters

The interface lets you filter by:

  • Action (for example, subscription.canceled, invoice.paid)
  • Resource type (subscription, invoice, customer, nfe, etc.)
  • User who performed it
  • Date range
  • Text search by resource ID or name

Entry detail

Each row can be expanded into a modal that shows:

  • previous_values — JSON with the previous state
  • new_values — JSON with the state after the change
  • metadata — additional context (origin, reason, idempotency key)
  • IP and User-Agent captured from the request

Retention and export

Audit entries are immutable. For external analysis or long-term retention, use Exports to download them as CSV.
