Analytics
The Analytics area (/dashboard/analytics) turns billing operational data into SaaS metrics for the finance and product teams: MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, ARPU, cohort retention and the billing funnel.
API Keys
At /dashboard/api the organization manages its API keys. Each key
Audit Log
The audit trail (/dashboard/audit) records every data change made in the dashboard or via the API. Each entry captures who made it, what was changed, the values before and after, IP, User-Agent and time, forming an immutable history for compliance, debugging and incident analysis.
Billing Settings
Settings that affect the organization's pricing and billing behavior.
Company (Fiscal Entity)
Companies represent the legal entities that issue invoices and NF-e. An organization can have multiple companies (headquarters and branches).
Events
The events screen (/dashboard/events) exposes the internal stream of domain events the system generates every time a relevant state changes β invoice.created, payment.succeeded, subscription.canceled, nfe.issued and dozens of others. It is the same queue that feeds Webhooks and the customer history in the portal.
Holidays
Holidays are the days the banks are closed. They serve two purposes:
Settings
General platform settings for each organization.
Members and Roles
The members page (/dashboard/members) lists everyone with access to the organization's dashboard. Each member has an email linked to Kobana authentication and one or more roles that define what they can see and change.
Notifications
The notification system sends multichannel communications to customers about important events.
User Profile
The /dashboard/profile page gathers the personal preferences of the signed-in operator: theme, language, time zone and notification settings. Unlike the organization's settings (which affect all members), profile preferences are per user and are stored both locally and on the server.
Rate Limiting
The system implements API request limits to protect the platform and ensure fair usage.
Reports
The reports center (/dashboard/reports) is where the finance, operations and support teams generate tabular extractions of the organization's data. Unlike Analytics, which aggregates metrics, reports deliver row-by-row data ready for reconciliation, auditing or building external spreadsheets.
Email Templates
Email templates allow you to customize transactional communications sent to customers.
Usage and Consumption
The /dashboard/usage screen consolidates the metered consumption of all the organization's customers: API events, messages sent, transactions processed, storage β any metric the catalog defines as "usage" and that is billed by consumption.
Users
The /dashboard/users page lists the customer portal users β individuals linked to a billing account (BillingAccount) who can sign in to the portal to view invoices, pay boletos, manage cards and update their details.
